Rental Qualifications
Effective October 7, 2004

- One weeks gross salary must be equivalent to, or greater than the monthly rent.

- A completed application is required.

- $40.00 application fee must be paid *PER PERSON*

- All applicants must be *at least 21 years of age*.

- No undergraduate students accepted.

- Occupancy restrictions are as follows:
- 1 Bedroom 1-2 persons
- 2 Bedroom No more than 4 people

- A favorable credit report and background check.

Security Deposit will be forfeited after 24 hours if you should decide not to fulfill your rental agreement.
