"I have lived at Meridian Park for five years. I came because it offers short term leases and is pet friendly and I thought I would be leaving Greenville in six months. Well, it turns out that I did not leave Greenville but in the course of five years, I have tried several times to leave Meridian Park. I looked and looked and looked and could not find another apartment complex that is as well managed, as near to the university, hospital, stores, restaurants and churches, as safe, with as large floor plans in a park-like versus an apartment-like setting.

And there’s even more. For example, the staff at Meridian Park has demonstrated a caring attitude regarding the pet companions of residents that I have never seen in 40 years of pet ownership and after having lived in five different states! There are no words to express how much this means to residents whose pets are bona fide family members. It is also very important when you are expecting a delivery of something of value that it can be left at the Management Office and not at your door. Neither are you left to make multiple trips to UPS or Federal Express to track it down.

Meridian Park is a professional community that is professionally run. All issues are dealt with swiftly and brought to a prompt resolution. And the landscapers are out every Friday trimming, blowing and mowing!"
